Products eligible for return
Returns are accepted within 14 working days of delivery, for all products, except custom-made products (in this case, this is clearly stipulated in the product sheet, below the "Add to cart" button).
Return conditions:
- Product Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, i.e. new and without any defects, marks, dirt, and not have been used.
- Packaging: the product must be returned in its original packaging; packaging other than the original may be accepted if this ensures that the product is returned in its original condition, i.e. new and without any defects, marks or dirt.
Free return
We provide the prepaid return label for returns from France (metropolitan France, Corsica, DOM-TOM and Monaco included).
For countries other than France, we cannot provide a prepaid return label. You must therefore return the products using the services of La Poste or Mondial Relay, at the lowest cost. The return costs will be refunded upon receipt of the product in our warehouses upon presentation of the invoice for the postage paid for the return (this can be included in the return package or sent by email).

Refund or exchange
The products are either refunded or exchanged, depending on your choice.
In case of exchange, a credit is generated and can be used on our site in the form of a discount voucher. The credit can be used in full or in part, depending on the amount of the new order.
The validity period of a credit is 1 year, from the date of receipt (in our warehouses) of the returned product.

Returns are normally processed within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the country of shipment.
