Deliveries: Time - Carriers - Shipping costs - Free returns - Export tax exemption

Delivery time :

The delivery time is indicated in the product sheet above the sizes, in the right block.

Products indicated as in stock are shipped the (business) day following your order.

Products with a lead time of a few days (e.g. 3-4 days) are products that require special treatment or additional adaptation; these products are made in our workshops.

For custom-made products , the lead time is 3 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity and size of the product/carpet. During busy periods, we advise you to order your products in advance to ensure that they are delivered on time.

Transporting your package:

Your products will be delivered by Mondial Relay, by La Poste by registered Colissimo or by Colissimo relay point, depending on your choice.

Mondial Relay

Delivery by Mondial Relay :

This delivery method is by far the most economical!

  • Relay Point in France, Belgium, Luxembourg:
    Free delivery from 50 € of purchase
    Delivery method available for orders under €200 ; for orders over €200, please choose another delivery method.

  • Relay Point in Spain : Delivery at reduced cost to Relay Point

  • Choice of Relay Point : You can choose your Relay Point from the list of relay points closest to your home (based on your postal code)

  • Home Delivery in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom (UK), Spain, Italy, Portugal, Spain: The amount of shipping costs is indicated in the carrier selection screen after creating an account; the rates are very low!

In the case of home delivery and in case of absence, the package is left at the nearest Relay Point; the address of the Relay Point is indicated to you in the delivery notice left by the delivery person in your mailbox.

Delivery by La Poste (SO Colissimo):

If you want more flexibility, this delivery method is for you!

  • At your home and/or by appointment between 5 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. at the address of your choice, available only in Paris.

  • In one of the 31 Cityssimo spaces in France.

  • In the post office of your choice among the 10,000 existing ones.

  • At the Relay Point of your choice (select one of the many merchants in the La Poste partner network).

In case of absence, the package will be left at the Post Office. You can also arrange an appointment for the delivery of your package.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, weight, type and amount of the products ordered.

For France:

Delivery by Mondial Relay :

It's free from €50 including tax and up to €200 , shipping costs are free for delivery in France.

Delivery by Colissimo with signature :

For any order less than 150.00 Euros including tax, shipping costs are calculated as accurately as possible (we cover part of the cost) based on the weight of the products.

In all cases, this amount does not exceed 12.90 Euros including tax, except for very bulky products (armchairs, chairs and headboards).

Above €150 including tax, shipping costs are free, except for armchairs, chairs and headboards.

Delivery by Colissimo relay point :

Shipping costs are €9.90 including tax for all orders under €150.

Above €150 including tax, shipping costs are free.

For Belgium and Luxembourg:

Delivery by Mondial Relay :

It's free from €50 including tax and up to €200 , shipping costs are free for delivery to Belgium or Luxembourg.

Delivery by Colissimo with signature :

The amount is calculated as accurately as possible (we take part of the cost) based on the weight of the products.
Adding products to your cart allows you to calculate the shipping costs for your order.

Delivery by Colissimo relay point :

Shipping costs are €9.90 including tax for all orders under €150.

Above €150 including tax, shipping costs are free.

For other countries:

The amount is calculated as accurately as possible (we take part of the cost) based on the weight of the products.
Adding products to your cart allows you to calculate the shipping costs for your order.

For countries outside the EEC, the total amount of your order is tax-free: 20.0% of the total amount (including fees) is automatically deducted from your order.

Return processing time:

  • The sending of prepaid return labels is carried out within a maximum of 2 working days.
  • Reimbursement of returned products will be made within a maximum of 2 working days, from the date of receipt of the returned product(s).

Export tax exemption:

For countries outside the EEC, the total amount of your order is tax-free: 20.0% of the total amount (including fees) is automatically deducted from your order.

We take care of the administrative procedures for customs clearance free of charge.

Please note that products may be subject to customs fees and/or local taxes in the destination country ( for example in Switzerland , customs fees are 2.4% of the order amount, and local VAT is 7.7% or 2.5% at a reduced rate).
