PeauDeVache.com made the cowhide living room of Claude François' house for the shooting of the movie "Cloclo". This realization, which had to be faithful to the original, shows that the know-how of PeauDevache.com's workshops is widely recognized in the profession.

A living room totally destroyed in the 80's

After the purchase of the Dannemois mill, the exhibition was filled with an impressive amount of concrete to make it disappear. The new owners had in fact decided to level the entire room to make it into a restaurant room.

Luckily the mason who had been chosen had a great liking for it. For this operation he had thought of covering the living room with plastic film, thinking that one day perhaps it would be restored. Well, he took it, because when the jackhammers arrived to bring the living room back to life, it was much easier!

The film "Cloclo", a chance for the mill

Under the impulse of the current owners of the Moulin de Dannemois, Mr and Mrs Lescure and the production of the film "Cloclo", it was decided to restore the mill to its original state. The owners therefore contacted PeauDeVache.com to rebuild the show as it was in Cloclo's time.

An exact replica of the mill

PeauDeVache.com therefore sent its team of upholsterers to take dimensional measurements and then carried out the show in its workshops in Normandy. Three weeks later, the new salon was delivered and the magic happened.

The film Cloclo was released in cinemas on March 14, 2012.
